GE Artesia B.V. is the new statutory name of Banque Artesia Nederland B.V., acting under the name GE Artesia Bank. GE Artesia Bank conducted a strategic review of its activities in 2013, which led us to decide to restructure our activities. Much to our regret, these restructuring activities did not achieve the intended result for GE Artesia Bank. Therefore, after careful consideration, it was decided to discontinue all of its services. GE Artesia Bank has received approval from the Dutch Central Bank for this discontinuation.

Effective December 30th 2015, the bank license has been returned to the Dutch Central Bank.

GE Artesia was put into liquidation on 23 March 2023 and following the completion of the liquidation period was dissolved and de-registered from the Dutch trade register on 31 May 2023.

As a result of this liquidation GE Artesia does not have any directors, management, or employees.

Het bestuur van GE Artesia Bank heeft een strategische evaluatie van haar activiteiten uitgevoerd in 2013. Naar aanleiding daarvan zijn onze activiteiten geherstructureerd. Tot onze grote spijt hebben deze herstructureringsactiviteiten niet het gewenste resultaat gehad. Daarom is er, na zorgvuldige afweging, besloten al haar diensten te beëindigen. GE Artesia Bank heeft goedkeuring gekregen van De Nederlandsche Bank voor deze beëindiging.

Vanaf 30 december 2015 heeft GE Artesia Bank haar bank licentie teruggegeven aan De Nederlandsche Bank.

GE Artesia is op 23 maart 2023 in liquidatie getreden en op 31 mei 2023 ontbonden en uitgeschreven uit het Nederlandse handelsregister.

De vennootschap is geliquideerd en beschikt niet langer over een statutaire directie, management en/of werknemers.
